- Do you offer any discounts for large orders? I'm sorry, but I do not offer any discounts for large orders. My handmade items are valuable to me and an expression of my effort and time.
- Can I request a custom fabric? Yes, for an additional $15.00 fee you may choose a fabric for your order from an online retailer. Please contact me for more information.
- What form of payment is accepted? I accept all payment through PayPal. You may use your credit/debit card, PayPal account, or bank account to send payment.
- To where do you ship your products? I am located in San Diego but I ship my items all over the continental U.S. and Canada. I do not ship my items overseas. I apologize for any disappointment or inconveniences.
- What materials do you use for your items? My products are typically made with a flannel or cotton fabric on the exterior, a coordinating and soft fleece fabric on the interior, and for certain items with high-loft cotton batting in between. My cage liners are made with very soft, high-quality fleece on top and with two layers of absorbent textile underneath.
- What if my package is lost or damaged during delivery? For a small fee, you may insure your package by leaving a note for me when you place your order. For orders valued at or under $50, I charge $1.50 to insure your package. Orders valued at over $50, I charge $3.00. If your package is lost during delivery and you did not choose to insure your package, I can either send you the same items again or refund your purchase.
- Can I track my package? I provide complimentary tracking services for every order. You will receive tracking information via email when your package ships.
